Jim Romer, founder and President of Romer J Consulting brings over 25 years of culinary experience to the Big Wave Team. Chef Romer has participated as consultant and Executive Chef in many large Canadian restaurant chains - the Spectra Group, which includes Bread Garden, Boathouse and Romano’s Macaroni Grill - Cara Operations namely Kelsey’s Restaurants and Milestones where he played an instrumental part in the development of the concept.
Chef Romer's latest venture is Romer’s Burger Bar and the Steamship Grill and Taphouse, Victoria B.C.
